Terms of Service

Last updated October 27, 2026

The agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Hubfront for using hubfront.io, the Hubfront apps, and the Hubfront register and store tablet. By using Hubfront you accept them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. If you use Hubfront for a business, you accept these terms for that business and confirm you can do so.

You must be at least 13 to use Hubfront, and an adult to run a business on it.

Your account

You sign in with a code we email you, or with Google or Apple. Keep access to that email secure: anyone who can read it can sign in as you. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at hello@hubfront.io if you think someone else is using it.

Hubs, ranks and rewards

Each business runs its own loyalty program on Hubfront and decides what Hubs earn, what ranks and seats mean, and which perks come with them. A business can change or end its program. Hubs have no cash value, belong to the business that issued them, and cannot be sold or transferred. Earning Hubs or ranks by fraud, such as fake visits or shared accounts, voids them.

Gift cards are sold by the business, and the business owes their balances. Hubfront records them on its behalf.

Businesses on Hubfront

  • You own your business's data, and you let us host and process it to run Hubfront for you. You are responsible for having the right to collect it, including your guests' consent before you send them marketing.
  • You set your prices, taxes, discounts and offers, and you are responsible for them and for the goods and services you sell.
  • Card payments are processed by Stripe. To take them you must accept Stripe's Connected Account Agreement, and Stripe may verify your business and hold or reverse payments under its rules. Fees are the ones agreed with you in writing or shown when you set up payments.
  • Tools you connect, such as Claude, act with the access you give them, and you are responsible for what you ask them to do.

Fair use

Do not use Hubfront to break the law, to harm or deceive people, or to send messages people did not agree to receive. Do not try to get into accounts or data that are not yours, disrupt the service, or copy or resell it. We may suspend accounts that do.

The service

We work to keep Hubfront running and your records safe, and we may change, add or remove features. Hubfront is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Keep the records your business needs outside Hubfront too.

To the extent the law allows, Hubfront is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before it and $100.

A business is responsible for claims that arise from what it sells, its offers and its use of its guests' information, and will cover our reasonable costs from them.

Ending

You can stop using Hubfront at any time, and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access for a breach of these terms. Before a business's account closes, we give it a reasonable chance to get a copy of its records.

Law, changes and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, and disputes go to the state or federal courts in Delaware. If we change these terms, we will update the date above and tell you directly if the change is significant. Using Hubfront after a change means you accept it. Questions go to hello@hubfront.io.
